Impact

The impact of Japan's shrinking population is that mostly the economy is falling because of the older population. Things will be harder to do and there will be less work labor.

The effects on people is that there will be more old people than young. The environment is also effected because it is going to have to change to make transportation and other things easier for the people in japan. The effects on the economics is that labor will become more expensive, there will be more elders to tend, and there will be lower purchasing and reduced demand for goods. Also, the effects on the government is that they're going to have to manage higher medical and pension expenses with an overall lower income.
