The Big Picture

The lack of population growth in Japan can result in many different problems such as the amount of labor being done. Since Japan is a big trading country, all the countries trading with it will be affected also and will realize how other countries that are decresing in younger people need help.

  3. Japans shrinking population is the opposite of Africa's increasing population because Africa is very populated and growing rapidly.

  4. This reminds me of Bombay,India. Japan and India are different because in Bombay, the population is growing, but in Japan, the population is shrinking.

  6. This reminds me of how most countries in India have the opposite problom of very high birthrates. This means that Japan has a better standard of living while India has a low standard of living.

  7. The issue in Japan is very bad because there are lots of old people there and not many young people able to do hard work/labor so this makes the economy fall.

  8. It could cause some problems but because the population is so high it is not a concern. Although there is trading and people may move, it doesnt effect how large the countries population is.
